Read Greg's Bio

Greg Hawkins is Executive Pastor of Willow Creek Community Church in South Barrington, Illinois. Like many ministry leaders, he often wondered quietly to himself, "How do we know if the things we're doing are really making a difference in helping people become more like Christ?" Working with an expert research team able to use a breakthrough tool to correlate behaviors and attitudes, they set about the task of "measuring hearts." Launched at Willow Creek Community Church, the Willow Creek Association decided to see if the dramatic insights the research provided would be equally beneficial to other churches. In the year following, REVEAL expanded to 150,000 congregants in 500 churches—and uncovered very specific things churches can do to better help catalyze spiritual growth in their people, things church leaders haven't been able to see, count, or measure in the past. Greg has shared the team's findings in two books co-written with Cally Parkinson: REVEAL: Where Are You? and the recently-released, Follow Me: What's Next for You? Knowing the importance of the REVEAL findings to all Christ-following churches, Greg now divides his time between the church and the ministry of the Willow Creek Association, talking about REVEAL findings with church leaders across the country.

WL10: REVEAL's Churches Like Yours (<500)

What kind of spiritual dent can you make for the Kingdom if your congregation numbers less than 500? Less than 250? Come hear stories about spiritual warfare and victories from senior pastors of churches just like yours who ranked in REVEAL's spiritual growth "elite." Take away practical lessons from leaders on the front lines of the same kinds of spiritual battles you fight every day.

WL11: REVEAL's Churches Like Yours (500-1000)

It's tough to be in the middle—to be a church that's too large to know everyone personally, but not large enough to have mega-resources. Come hear stories about spiritual warfare and victories from senior pastors of churches just like yours who ranked in REVEAL's spiritual growth "elite." Take away practical lessons from leaders on the front lines of the same kinds of spiritual battles you fight every day.

WL12: REVEAL's Churches Like Yours (1000+)

How did it get to be so complex? So hard to choose the right staff, to get everyone fired up and moving in the same direction; to know the best resource play for the spiritual health of your people. The biggest drawback to bigness is distance—distance from those you are called to lead. Come hear stories about spiritual warfare and victories from senior pastors of churches just like yours who ranked in REVEAL's spiritual growth "elite." Take away practical lessons from leaders on the front lines of the same kinds of spiritual battles you fight every day.
