Bill Hybels is the founding and Senior Pastor of Willow Creek Community Church, in South Barrington, Illinois. He is known for his relevant, practical, and insightful Bible-based teaching and leadership. He is the author of more than 20 books and the founder of the now worldwide Leadership Summit, held each August. Working closely with Greg Hawkins, Bill has been instrumental in examining and applying the REVEAL findings at Willow Creek Community Church—and in making the REVEAL research tool available to churches everywhere through the ministry of the Willow Creek Association. His journey with REVEAL will offer insights to other pastors and church leaders who want to understand how these new findings can be applied on a practical level to help people grow spiritually.

Greg Hawkins is Executive Pastor of Willow Creek Community Church in South Barrington, Illinois. Like many ministry leaders, he often wondered quietly to himself, "How do we know if the things we're doing are really making a difference in helping people become more like Christ?" Knowing the importance of the REVEAL findings to all Christ-following churches, Greg now divides his time between the church and the ministry of the Willow Creek Association, talking about REVEAL findings with church leaders across the country.
