Ten years ago, he started PathFinders, a ministry that guides you through a strategic process to discover and design your own mission plan for church-centered vision, member mobilization, transformational partnerships, innovative field strategies, and dynamic organizational systems. Joel works with a diverse group of churches from Saddleback Church and Willow Creek Community Church to underground Chinese churches and churches in Muslim communities in the Arab world. PathFinders also facilitates church-to-church partnerships through a global network of brokers. Joel’s work in strategic design and global brokering gives him the opportunity to see how God is working in churches throughout the world and to integrate it into your mission design process. Engagement with Willow Creek’s Global Connections Partners
If you want to financially support a program or project in Africa or Latin America, Global Connections offers a variety of opportunities. Gifts are delivered 100% to the partner; no overhead costs are absorbed. A report can be provided six to 12 months after the gift has been received. If the demand for this service grows, some additional costs may be necessary. If you would like to explore partnerships beyond funding, contact Tom and Dee Yaccino for Latin America or Joel Holm for Africa.
