The role of a worship/creative arts leader brings huge challenges, many of which are not discussed openly. In this session, Nancy Beach brings her experience as a veteran arts leader to help explore these issues in a safe environment, with an agenda partially set by the attendees themselves. Come for a time of honesty, shared experience, and encouragement to keep you leading with passion, skill, and grace.

One of the greatest challenges facing leaders today is how to sustain themselves in ministry over the long haul. As one ministry leader put it, "I find myself doing the work of God at such a pace that it has nearly eliminated the work of God in my own life, I love my church and my ministry, but each day I love them a little less. I want to get back to a place where I know I'm in the center of God's will and doing what I was called to do in the way I was called to do it." In this seminar we will explore how we as leaders can establish the spiritual rhythms that are the key to vibrancy in ministry: rhythms of work and rest, solitude and community, silence and word, prayer and action.
