CANCELLATION AND TRANSFER POLICY
Should you need to cancel your registration, you must mail or fax a written request or call 800-570-9812, noting which option you prefer: 1) Refund of fees (less $45 per person cancellation fee) by April 10, 2008. 2) For a fee of $45 per person, transfer registration to a future conference within one year by May 15, 2008. 3) At no charge, change the name of a registrant to another individual from your church to attend in your place. Registrations cannot be split between two people and are not transferable to other churches or organizations.
CHILDREN
While families are important to us, unfortunately there are no accommodations for children or nursing infants, and we will not be able to admit them into any of the sessions. If you are registering others who have small children, please relay this information to them.
MODEL RELEASE
For promotional purposes, videos and photographs are taken at all conferences. Your registration constitutes permission for the WCA to use your likeness in promotional materials.
