Moving into a new facility, no matter what the size or function, is much more complicated than just opening up the doors. Change, even good change, brings with it a level of chaos and adjustment that can be difficult. In this issue of Defining Moments, Matthew Hartsfield joins Bill Hybels and host Nancy Beach. Together they discuss some of their personal learnings from recent moves into new facilities and what senior leaders can do to prepare their staff, volunteers and congregations for taking occupancy.
