Pat Cimo
Pat Cimo joined the staff at Willow Creek Community Church almost 20 years ago as the Associate Director of the Promiseland children’s ministry. In 2005, she assumed her current role as Director of Spiritual Formation, leading creative teams in the development of resources and experiences designed to move families and individuals forward in their spiritual journey. When she’s not in strategy and management meetings around Willow you can always find Pat with one of the many members of her large extended family or indulging in time with husband Dave, daughter and son-in-law, Michelle and Denis, and son, Scott, and his soon-to-be wife, Ashley.
