Mark A. Holmen, author of Faith Begins At Home—The Family Makeover with Christ at the Center, and Building Faith At Home—Why Faith At Home Must Be A Church’s Top Priority has been serving as the Sr. Pastor of Ventura Missionary Church in Ventura, California, since 2002. In addition to serving as the Senior Pastor, Mark is also a national and international consultant and speaker for a "Faith At Home" movement that equips congregations to make the home the primary place where faith is nurtured. Mark has developed and implemented a model for becoming a “Faith At Home” Driven Church that is gaining national and international acclaim through the Willow Creek Association, The Barna Group and Focus on the Family. He is also the co-author of the resource Take It Home, which churches all across the world are using to launch a faith at home initiative in their congregations.
