Children's Ministry Team Edition: Volunteerism
As the leader of a children's ministry, one of your major challenges is to recruit, develop, and envision volunteers to lead kids in meeting Jesus and growing in relationship with him. This resource is designed to help you, your staff, and/or key volunteers in leadership to develop a vision and plan for recruiting, inspiring, and growing a strong team of volunteers for your children's ministry.
Through sessions selected from Willow Creek Association conferences and a corresponding handout, you will be guided in discussing the transferable principles and applying them in your unique setting.
