A former national team long-distance runner, Jeff Lockyer has led the church he grew up in for almost two decades. In that time Southridge Community Church has grown to become a multi-site church where each location is defined by its missional "Anchor Cause", serving the homeless, migrant farm workers and kids at risk across the Niagara Region of Ontario, Canada. He is the Chair of the Board of the Willow Creek Association Canada and co-hosts the WCA's leadership resource "Defining Moments". Jeff also launched a pastor-to-pastor mentoring system called "Leaders' Village" that has supported pastors across Ontario for the past 10 years. He and his wife Becky live in St. Catharines with their three children Owen, Simon and Addilyn.
