Description
Despite circumstances in his captivity that could have totally shut down Daniel's resolve to stay within the watch-care of his God, he presented himself with wisdom and tact to his Babylonian captors, resulting in the eventual life turn-around where King Nebuchadnezzar acknowledged Daniel's God. With lessons from Daniel's time in captivity, Christ-followers are encouraged to seek to understand what it is that might be tempting them and keeping them from full devotion to the kingdom of God. Only with an undivided heart can we give God the glory due him.
