Summit Pricing Policies

All prices listed are per person and based on the following guidelines:

  • Summit registration at the Willow Creek campus includes all conference materials as well as break refreshments and meals during the event.
  • At Summit satellite sites, registration includes all conference materials and break refreshments.
  • Meals are not included at Summit satellite sites.

CANCELLATION & TRANSFER POLICY

Should you need to cancel your Summit registration, you must mail or fax a written request or call 800-570-9812, noting which option you prefer: 1) Refund of fees (less $45 per person cancellation fee) by June 10, 2008. 2) For a fee of $45 per person, transfer registration to a future conference within one year by July 8, 2008. 3) At no charge, change the name of a registrant to another individual from your church to attend in your place. Registrations cannot be split between two people and are not transferable to other churches or organizations. Pre-Summit Forum cancellations received by July 8, 2008, will receive full refund. After that date, 50% of your registration fee will be refunded.

MILITARY DISCOUNT RATE

This special rate is available for U.S. Military Active Duty and Reserve personnel and their spouses. Please call 800-570-9812 to register.

STUDENT/FACULTY RATE

School name is required to receive Student/Faculty rate. Donor funds have made a limited number of partial scholarships available for undergrad and graduate students, as well as college or seminary faculty. Space restrictions apply.

CHILDREN

While families are important to us, we cannot accommodations children or nursing infants at the Willow Creek campus or at our satellite locations. Children will not be admitted into any sessions. If you are registering others who have small children, please relay this information to them.

MODEL RELEASE

For promotional purposes, videos and photographs are taken at all WCA conferences. Your registration constitutes permission for the WCA to use your likeness in future promotional materials.
